SEOVINES: CUSTOMER TERMS OF SERVICE

These Customer Terms of Service (“Customer Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Seovines.com (“Seovines,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These terms govern your access to and use of the Seovines website (the “Site”) and any services provided through the Site, including features and functionality offered online or offline (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms. Certain sections apply only to specific features or services. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to agree to these terms, and if you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Customer Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 Provider: A third-party contributor who creates content in response to a Content Request.

1.2 Content Request: A request submitted through the Site for content creation. Once submitted, your account is charged, and modifications are no longer allowed.

1.3 Content Order: The deliverable content (e.g., articles, videos) created by a Provider in response to a Content Request.

1.4 Plan: The subscription level selected by you during registration. Plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless canceled.

1.5 Third-Party Content: Any content requested by you that is owned by a third party or not created by Seovines or the Provider.

1.6 Platform Fee: A recurring fee that grants access to Seovines’ platform, exclusive of any individual Content Order costs.

2. Services

2.1 Description
Seovines provides a platform where customers can request professionally created content tailored to their needs using human expertise and/or technology-assisted solutions.

2.2 Changes to the Services
We reserve the right to modify the Services as long as the changes do not substantially decrease their value.

2.3 Features and Add-Ons
Additional features such as editing, optimization, or video creation may incur additional charges. Details are available on the Site.

2.4 Content Ownership
Upon delivery and payment, you receive ownership of the Content Order, excluding any Third-Party Content integrated within it. Ownership transfers only upon full payment and delivery.

2.5 Third-Party Content
You agree to comply with all applicable terms related to Third-Party Content and indemnify Seovines for any claims resulting from your misuse of such content.

2.6 Non-Circumvention
You agree not to solicit or engage directly with Seovines’ Providers outside of the Site for two (2) years after your last use of the Services. Violations may result in liquidated damages.

2.7 Availability
While we strive for 24/7 uptime, interruptions for maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur. Seovines is not responsible for such interruptions.

2.8 Account Registration
You must register an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities on your account.

2.9 Site License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site and Services in accordance with these terms. Modifying, reverse engineering, or exploiting the Site or its content is strictly prohibited.

3. User Content

3.1 Copyright in Your Content
By submitting content (e.g., images, instructions) for inclusion in a Content Order, you grant Seovines and its Providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

3.2 Content Review
Seovines reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fees
Fees for Services are posted on the Site and are subject to change. All charges are billed in advance using the payment method linked to your account.

4.2 Refunds
Refunds may be granted if:

• You cancel your account within 24 hours of registration without placing any Content Requests.
• You meet specific conditions outlined on the Site (e.g., no prior cancellations, no use of add-ons).

Refunds are not available for completed Content Orders or additional services like editing or optimization.

5. Suspension and Termination

Seovines may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Customer Terms or other actions deemed harmful to our users or business. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal to avoid charges.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will meet your specific needs.

8. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify Seovines and its affiliates for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or Services.

8.2 Limitation of Liability
Seovines’ liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Customer Terms, and changes will be effective immediately upon notice or continued use of the Site.
